Nixt ("we," "our," or "the app") helps users reduce and quit nicotine use. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
To personalize your quit plan and track your progress, Nixt stores the following information directly on your device:
All of the information above is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Nixt's servers or shared with any third party. We do not operate a backend server that receives or stores your personal usage data. If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device.
If Nixt offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those transactions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Nixt does not receive or store your payment details.
Nixt does not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. If this changes in the future — for example, if we add a subscription system, analytics tool, or crash reporter — we will update this policy to name the service and describe what data it receives before that change takes effect.
Nixt is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us using the information below so we can address it.
Because your data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time by deleting the app from your device. Nixt does not require an account or personal contact information to use the app.
If Nixt's data practices change — for example, if we introduce cloud sync, an account system, or new third-party services — we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above.
